Sagie School, in Kibbutz Sarid is using "Step Up" for the 6th grade. The children are asked in each chapter to choose a project.
The 1st chapter deals with friendship. The children can either make a friendship box or a booklet about their friends.
I was invited by Tami Kedem, their inspiring English teacher to visit the children to see the beginning of their first project. Below are some photographs for you to see what a wonderful job the 6th graders did and how much fun learning English can be.
